Physical Therapy
Physio 360 is an alternative to traditional Physical Therapy services. We come to you in the convenience of your home or office. Our mission is to meet you where you are; physically, mentally, emotionally. A nagging injury doesn’t only cause physical limitations, it greatly affects you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We aren’t here just to treat the physical side, we truly believe in a whole body approach to treat every aspect of your injury. When working beyond the limitations of insurance, not only can we address the injury itself, but we can really dive into what is the root cause of your injury, how that injury affects your day-to-day life, and how we can prevent it from becoming a recurring injury.
Wellness
An injury should not be the only reason for someone to seek the services of a Physical Therapist. We are movement specialists, trained to assess your bodies strengths and weaknesses, your mobility, and limitations. No matter what your goals are, whether you are competing at an amateur/ professional level, or you simply want to be able to achieve and maintain an active lifestyle, we are here to help you meet those goals.
Although we treat a lot of varying injuries and impairments, what we pride ourselves most on is being your Physical Therapist for LIFE! This comes in many forms and is dependent on and tailored to meet each person’s individual needs.
Many people ask the same question: “I have finished my Physical Therapy, now what?”
Our goal is to address the “now what?”
For many, it involves one-on-one individualized wellness training. For many others, it’s a custom, weekly workout program, specifically designed by our Physical Therapists to address your individual impairments and needs.
Functional Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a therapeutic treatment procedure to address pain and dysfunction which involves advancement of a filament needle into the muscle in the area of the body which produces pain and typically contains a ‘Trigger Point’. The goal is to release or inactivate those trigger points through a ‘twitch response’ to relieve pain and restore motion. Although Dry Needling can be very beneficial in treating a multitude of impairments, it is important to note that this is just one technique used in a much larger treatment plan for addressing pain and disfunction.
